This Privacy Policy describes how ModGuard ("the Bot") collects and uses information when installed on a Discord server.

Data Collected

ModGuard may collect the following information:

• User IDs and usernames of staff members
• Timestamps of activity (messages, joins, moderation actions)
• Role names to identify staff
• Server ID and channel ID (for logging purposes)

Usage of Data

All data collected is used exclusively to:

• Track staff activity
• Detect inactivity or abuse
• Generate administrative reports

Data Storage

Data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. All processing is local or through trusted storage managed by the developer.

Your Control

You may remove the bot from your server at any time to stop data collection. You may also contact the developer to request full data removal.
