By accessing and using Filfil Codeworks services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Filfil Codeworks provides software development, web development, mobile application development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
All intellectual property rights in our services and materials remain with Filfil Codeworks unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Client-specific work and deliverables will be governed by individual project agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources for project completion. Clients must also ensure they have the right to use any materials provided to us.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Filfil Codeworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
